How to Purchase Custom Jewelry

Creating your custom jewelry piece is a seamless process that takes just two weeks. Here’s how it works:

Step 1: Get in Touch

You can start your custom jewelry project in one of two ways:

1. Email us at zzgemsjewelry@gmail.com to request a quote.
2. Complete our free custom jewelry form. Our team will respond within 24 hours.

When sharing your ideas, feel free to include reference images, sketches, or simply describe your vision. If you’re unsure about the design, no problem! We’ll create a custom design tailored specifically to your idea.

Step 2: Make a Down Payment

Once we’ve fully understood your design, we’ll provide a quote and request a down payment of $200.

Within 48 hours of receiving your payment, we’ll send you a 3D mock-up of your custom piece. You’ll have unlimited opportunities to make revisions and adjustments until you are completely satisfied with the design. The down payment will be deducted from the final price.

Step 3: Manufacturing

Once you approve the final design, we’ll ask for the remaining balance to begin production.

Manufacturing takes 1-2 weeks, during which we’ll keep you updated with photos and videos of your project as it progresses.

Step 4: Delivery

When your custom piece is finished, we’ll send you detailed photos and videos for final approval. Once you confirm everything is perfect, your jewelry will be shipped via FedEx or UPS, arriving within 4 business days.
