Shipping & Dilivery

The majority of our in-stock items are shipped directly from our offices in Los Angeles, California.

For items with limited stock, orders will be dispatched from our overseas warehouses in Europe and Hong Kong via FedEx and DHL. Rest assured, this will not impact the delivery time.

In-stock items are typically shipped within 48 hours of purchase. You will receive a tracking confirmation email as soon as your order has been dispatched. For custom orders and made-to-order items, the processing time may take up to 3 weeks.

Ordering

As orders are processed within minutes of submission, we are unable to modify your order after you click the ‘Order Now’ button. This includes, but is not limited to:

  1. Altering the item or size
  2. Changing the delivery or billing address
  3. Adding items to your order
  4. Modifying the shipping method

In the rare instance that you receive an incorrect item, please contact us promptly with the following details so we can resolve the issue swiftly and efficiently:

Regrettably, discount codes cannot be applied to orders after they have been submitted.

Unfortunately, once an order is placed, we cannot cancel it, as it is processed at our warehouse within minutes.

If you made an error with your order or no longer wish to keep the items, you can initiate a return to send your order back to us.

Returns & Refunds

We handle a significant volume of orders daily, and while we strive for perfection, items may occasionally sustain damage during transit.

If you receive a damaged item, please reach out to us immediately, and we will arrange for a replacement.

Before initiating an exchange for your order, please review our refund policy.

To expedite your exchange process, we have established a streamlined online returns system. Please follow the steps outlined below to initiate your return.

  1. Access Our Returns Portal: Begin your return by visiting our returns portal.
  2. Complete the Return Form: Fill out the return form and submit it to us.
  3. Request Review: Our team will evaluate your request within 1-2 business days and respond accordingly.
  4. Receive Your Return Label: If your request is approved, we will provide you with a prepaid return label to facilitate the return of your order.
  5. Prepare Your Shipment: Print the return label and affix it securely to the exterior of your package.
  6. Drop Off Your Return: Your return is now ready to be taken to your selected USPS drop-off location.

Important: Please declare the value of the shipment between $60 and $80 to avoid incurring any import/export taxes.

All returned items must be in their original packaged condition for us to process your return. If your return arrives without the original packaging, we will be unable to process your exchange or refund.

Please Note: We are not liable for any returns lost in transit. Unfortunately, we cannot offer compensation if your return does not reach us.

Shipping fees for returns are not covered by us.

We only accept returns shipped via USPS. Kindly provide us with the tracking number as soon as possible so that our team can promptly locate your shipment.

We strive to complete your refund within 5 business days after receiving your returned item at our warehouse. Once your refund is processed, you'll receive a confirmation email.

Please keep in mind that it may take an additional 5 business days for the funds to appear in your account. This timeline depends on your bank, so if the funds haven’t arrived after 5 business days, we recommend contacting them directly for assistance.
